The Housing Ministry of New Bethel Baptist Church is an integral part of the mission of New Bethel Baptist Church. The Housing Ministry serves to address the lack of housing for poor and low-income individuals and families who often have difficulty in securing quality housing. The Housing Ministry of New Bethel Baptist Church works closely with Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority in providing housing assistance through the Section 8 Program. Moreover, the Housing Ministry works with other community organizations in assisting with providing housing for persons in need.
